Privacy Policy
This policy explains how The Market, a brokerage of L2L Creative Group, Inc. (“The Market,” “we,” “us”), collects and uses information through themarket.properties (the “Site”).
Information you give us
When you submit a contact, valuation, or listing-alert form, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, phone number, the service you’re interested in, property details, and your message. If you create a property-search account or save searches, our listing-search provider collects the details needed to run that account.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the Site is used and to measure advertising. These include:
- Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site.
- Google Ads — whether a visit or form submission followed one of our ads, and audience lists for showing our ads to past visitors.
- OpenAI advertising measurement — whether a visit followed an ad placed with OpenAI.
- iHomefinder — our MLS listing-search provider, which uses cookies to power property search and saved searches.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate brokerage and property management services you request.
- To send listing alerts, market updates, or follow-up you asked for. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- To improve the Site and measure which marketing is working.
- To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (website hosting and form processing, analytics, advertising, listing search, and email), with other parties to a transaction you are involved in (such as a cooperating agent, lender, attorney, or closing office) when needed to serve you, or when required by law.
Your choices
- Cookies: Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer to decline analytics and advertising cookies, or block cookies in your browser.
- Google: You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
- Your data: Email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
Security and retention
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and licensing requirements, then delete them.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third parties, such as review sites, social media, and partner offers. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
